Along with ground up construction, we also purchase and enhance existing senior living and multi-family properties with the purpose of improving the spaces, bringing value to our tenants and our investors.
Whether it’s including amenities like nail salons or movie theaters in a senior living development, adding a community garden to a multi-family complex, or achieving the best use of light and space, we know how to attract, excite, and care for our residents. Our goal is to make every community a comfortable and inviting place to call home.
Who We Are
Established in 2015, The GAN group combines the architectural ingenuity of our Director of Operations, Billy Johnson, and the development and construction expertise of our Director of Development, Doug Martine, to orchestrate meaningful real estate developments from start to finish.
Graduates of The University of Texas at Arlington and Texas A&M University (Gig ‘em Aggies!) Doug and Billy bring experience, wisdom, and passion to each of their projects. Both busy fathers, they understand the meaning of home and the importance of creating functional spaces that enhance lives.
