We are super excited at our the Quarter 4 progress of the Edition at Saginaw, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
Phase I – Independent Living Cottages
We are pleased to state that we only have 2 more units left to lease on our Independent Living Cottages. Leasing has been a huge success! In addition, we had only had 2 residents that moved out due to needing a higher level of care, which shows that once residents are able to move into our cottages, they plan to stay!
Phase II – Assisted Living / Memory Care Construction
With our entire site now 100% completed with site work, and building slab concrete, the construction team hit the ground running with framing the building. As of 12/31/22, the building has been framed up, windows installed, trusses installed, and the roof is being decked and shingled. We are all eager to wrap up this project near the end of this year!
Phase III – Independent Living Cottages
We have announced that a Phase III expansion of additional cottages will be kicking off this year. With the cottages in Phase I leasing up strong, we anticipate Phase III will lease up even sooner.
